1. Agreement and Acceptance
1.1 By enrolling in and/or accessing the Certified AI Educator course (“Course”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any documents referenced herein.
1.2 If you do not agree, do not enrol, access, or participate in the Course.
2. Course Description and Eligibility
2.1 The Course is offered online through the AI School Curriculum platform.
2.2 It is made for educators, school professionals, and related participants.
2.3 You confirm that all information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and complete.
2.4 Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
2.5 All Course content remains protected under intellectual property rights and may be used only for personal, educational purposes.
3. Registration and Fees
3.1 To enrol, you must complete the registration process and pay any applicable fees (if charged) via the designated payment gateway.
3.2 A legally binding agreement comes into effect when AI School Curriculum:
(a) Confirms your registration and acceptance via email; and
(b) Receives full payment of applicable fees.
3.3 Course fees are non-refundable once access is granted and materials viewed, unless explicitly permitted in writing under refund policy terms.
3.4 Any bank or card processing fees are the responsibility of the participant.
4. Course Access and Participation
4.1 Access is for the registrant only and is non-transferable.
4.2 Sharing login access or materials with others without permission is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.
4.3 You must not misuse or unlawfully distribute course content.
4.4 You agree to engage respectfully and professionally while using the platform.
5. Assessment and Completion
5.1 To qualify for certification, participants must:
(a) Complete required modules;
(b) Successfully complete all assessments;
(c) Meet the minimum completion criteria set by the program.
5.2 Final certification eligibility is subject to program requirements and review.
6. KHDA Attested Certificate
6.1 This Course offers a KHDA-attested professional certificate.
6.2 KHDA attestation is granted only after successful Course completion and approval by the KHDA regulatory process.
6.3 Upon KHDA approval, the official certificate will be sent to the participant’s registered email address.
6.4 AI School Curriculum is not responsible for delays in KHDA processing but will notify participants of progress and expected timelines.
7. Certificate Delivery and Digital Badge
7.1 Upon successful completion and KHDA approval, the participant will receive:
(a) A digital certificate (KHDA-attested, PDF); and
(b) A digital badge for professional profiles (e.g., LinkedIn).
7.2 Certificates are delivered only via email to the participant’s registered address.
8. Data Privacy and Ethical AI Use
8.1 You agree not to upload or process identifiable student information into any AI or external platform, including:
– Names, photos, sensitive records, grades, behavior logs, medical or SEN data.
8.2 Participants are responsible for compliance with data protection policies and their own institutional guidelines.
8.3 AI School Curriculum is not liable for misuse of external AI services or platforms.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All course materials, frameworks, templates, and related intellectual property remain owned by AI School Curriculum or its licensors.
9.2 You are granted a limited license to use course content for personal educational purposes only.
9.3 Distribution, resale, reproduction, or public sharing without express written consent is prohibited.
10. Conduct and Professional Standards
10.1 You agree to behave professionally, lawfully, and respectfully in all interactions.
10.2 Misuse of the platform, disruptive behavior, dishonesty, academic misconduct, or unacceptable interaction may result in access termination.
11. Amendments and Updates
11.1 AI School Curriculum may revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
11.2 Updated terms will be posted on the course platform, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 The Course is provided for educational purposes.
12.2 AI School Curriculum does not guarantee specific outcomes, job placement, or professional advancement based solely on certification.
12.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI School Curriculum and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation.
13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UAE Federal Laws and applicable regulations.
13.2 Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
